To give the participants an insight into application and terminology of the PRINCE2 project management methodology.

The Trainer’s profile

All PRINCE2 trainers in skills company went through a rigorous approval process managed by APM Group on behalf of the Office Commerce Government (OGC) and are PRINCE2 Approved Trainers. They are professionally active project managers with a considerable experience in many trades. Taking advantage of the connection Trainer – Manager lets us ensure that the brought up examples and anecdotes are both syllabus compliant and practical.

The training is conducted by Tomasz Nedzi, the PRINCE2 Approved Trainer who trained over 300 people for PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner examinations. For over 5 years Tomasz has been providing training in PRINCE2 for CRM S.A., Infovide-Matrix S.A. and Altkom Akademia S.A.

Training duration

Training lasts 1 day.

Training organization and costs

A place for one participant in an open training costs 867 PLN. Accommodation on preferential rates can be reserved on request.

The price of the training covers:

• Directions for the attendee and a set of materials for preparation before the training,
OGC Handbook “Managing Successful Projects with PRINCE2”
• Printed training materials
• Full catering during the training


Directions for attendees containing exercises to be completed before the training session and the PRINCE2 textbook are delivered to the participants 2-3 weeks before the training starts.

Place of training

Skills training sessions are organized about every two weeks in many places across Poland. All sites have been chosen basing on their modern facilities for studies and ease of access from main road routes, railway stations and airports.

Alternatively training may be organized at the Client’s site or in an appropriate place near by.
