PRINCE2 Foundation - the accredited training with examination

The training’s objective

To discuss the syllabus of the examination in PRINCE2 Foundation and to prepare the participants for passing the PRINCE2 Foundation examination at the last afternoon session.

Recipients of the training

Individuals recently appointed to take a role in a project or who wish to attain formal qualifications after already having gained experience in project management. Also Project Support Office workers, employees involved in Project Assurance, Steering Committee members who want to effectively control projects, and team members who aspire to higher ranked roles will benefit from the training.

The Trainer’s profile

All PRINCE2 trainers in skills company went through a rigorous approval process managed by APM Group on behalf of the Office Commerce Government (OGC). They are professionally active project managers with a considerable experience in many trades. Taking advantage of the connection Trainer – Manager lets us ensure that the brought up examples and anecdotes are both syllabus compliant and practical.

The training is conducted by Tomasz Nedzi, the PRINCE2 Approved Trainer who trained over 300 people for PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner examinations. For over 5 years Tomasz has been providing training in PRINCE2 for CRM S.A., Infovide-Matrix S.A. and Altkom Akademia S.A.

Training duration
Training lasts 3 days and optionally includes an examination on the PRINCE2 Foundation level. Participants should be aware that a considerate amount of preparation and rehearsals in the evenings after training sessions will be needed by the attendees wishing to pass the examination successfully.


Place of training

Skills training sessions are organized about every two weeks in many places across Poland. All sites have been chosen basing on their modern facilities for studies and ease of access from main road routes, railway stations and airports.

Alternatively training may be organized at the Client’s site or in an appropriate place near by.

Training organization and costs

A place for one participant in an open training costs 3500 PLN. Accommodation on preferential rates can be reserved on request.

The price of the training covers:

• Directions for the attendee and a set of materials for preparation before the training,
• OGC Handbook “Managing Successful Projects with PRINCE2”
• Printed training materials
• Examination fee
• Full catering during the training

Directions for attendees containing exercises to be completed before the training session and the PRINCE2 textbook are delivered to the participants 2-3 weeks before the training starts.
