PMP Preparation

The objective of the workshop is to prepare the participants for passing the PMP certification examination through:
- Active rehearsal of the knowledge included in PMBOK Guide (A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge)
- Attaining additional knowledge expected on examination and not included in PMBOK Guide
- Familiarizing with “tips & tricks” which makes passing the certification examination easier
- Trying the acquired knowledge in sample tests and during a trial exam.
- Consolidate your knowledge in English terminology in the area of project management and included in PMBOK Guide
The training is designed for the Project Manager and other professionals preparing for the PMP certification examination.
Good knowledge of PMBOK Guide Edition 2000 textbook or participation in project management training according to PMBOK Guide program is a prerequisite.
